The cable television channel Syfy has released a trailer for the complete first season of Harley Quinn. Syfy is set to air several episodes of Harley Quinn every Sunday in May, marking DC Universe’s half-hour comedy series’ TV debut. The first four episodes of season one will air on May 3 (11 p.m. – 1 a.m. ET/PT) and the final three on May 24 (12 a.m. – 1:30 a.m. ET/PT). Check out Syfy’s trailer below: The first season of Harley Quinn premiered on the DC Universe streaming service in 2019 and the second season earlier this month (with new episodes airing on Fridays). As the above trailer indicates, the series is a much darker take on Batman’s world of heroes and villains than one might expect from a cartoon. Harley Quinn’s Gotham features everyone from King Shark, Poison Ivy, and Doctor Psycho to the Joker himself. However, it’s Kaley Cuoco’s quirky turn as the titular character that balances the show’s silly/serious tone. In addition to Cuoco, the voice cast includes Lake Bell, Alan Tudyk, Ron Funches, J.B. Smoove, Jason Alexander, Wanda Sykes, Giancarlo Esposito, Natalie Morales, Jim Rash, Diedrich Bader, Tony Hale, and Christopher Meloni.
